The mandate of the Ministry of Culture revolves around the functions like preservation and conservation of our cultural heritage and promotion of all forms of art and culture, both tangible and intangible.

MACCI

A public charitable trust recognized by the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, has been formed to promote and invigorate art and culture in the fields of Film and Drama, Music and Dance, Literature, and Painting and Sculpture.

Now a days, it is widely known that art and culture have been reduced to a standard that has almost succeeded in instilling within a person a state of utter restlessness leading to chaos, confusion and disintegration in family and social texture. In last several years, art and culture have practically been so much so deformed and disfigured by the sharp blows of excessive modernization mainly due to its commercialization that it has resulted in loss of sublimity, charms and excellence. MUKTA ARTS AND CULTURAL COUNCIL OF INDIA has come into existence to arrest this cancerous growth in social rhythms to restore balance in society. The members, sympathysers and followers of MACC have taken upon themselves the onerous task of reversing the trend setting our society in a new motion.

AIM:

At the global headquarter at VARANASI In UTTAR PRADESH. It is intended to develop a place where the four wings of art and culture will be housed and nourished, where interested persons will get a chance to interact with each other in an environment friendly atmosphere, where persons can enrich themselves with the knowledge gained, where young talents will get chance to focus their worth, where economy based on cultural activities and surrounding the culture will develop to the mutual benefit of all including those living in adjacent areas, where the poor and the indigent candidates having the inclination to develop themselves in any of the specified areas of cultural activities may not have to suffer in anguished silence and live in the despair of helplessness and frustration. Such a complex is intended to be built-up with the state of the art technology with spread over facilities of archives, museums, auditorium, international guest house, cottages, food plaza, workshop centers and many more.
The Ministry’s task is to develop and sustain ways and means through which the creative and aesthetic sensibilities of the people remain active and dynamic. The functional spectrum of this Ministry is wide, ranging from generating cultural awareness at grassroots level to promoting cultural exchanges at international level. In order to achieve these objectives, the Ministry undertakes various activities that flow from subjects allocated under the Govt. of India’s Allocation of Business Rules. Also runs an “MUKTA ARTS & CULTURAL COUNCIL OF INDIA ” to promote art and trying to give a platform to setup the career children through exhibition, stage shows, drawing program, craft stage, film academy, painting competitions, photography academy, Music & dance programme and Sports activity programme in all over India.

Our art classes for kids contains a selection of fun drawing subjects including people, landscape, Animals and cartoons drawing. Each art lesson draws on several of the basic drawing and painting skills with pastel and acrylic.
Our classes for Kids are not only for them to become artists one day but good sketching & coloring is needed for diagrams and presentations in schoolwork as well.
